At Rho Nutrition, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium apparel. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all Rho Nutrition hangtags are intact and the garments are in brand-new condition.

• 3.
  Print and Ship

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
